Assistant Director of Recreation
to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our Recreation department, you will play a vital role in designing and implementing innovative recreational programs that enhance the overall well-being of our residents. Responsibilities
Implement, and lead recreational programs and activities that cater to the diverse interests and needs of our residents, including arts, crafts, music, and games Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to create holistic experiences that promote socialization, cognitive stimulation, and physical activity Assist with training, and supervising Recreation staff and volunteers to ensure seamless program execution Maintain accurate records and reports of program participation, resident engagement, and program outcomes Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies Qualifications
Prior experience in recreation or a related field, preferably in a healthcare setting A strong understanding of recreation principles and practice, with ability to apply creative problem-solving skills Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with diverse resident needs Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail and accuracy Ability to lift and move equipment and supplies as needed How to Apply
