Responsibilities
Follow the directions of the installer to ensure proper installation and timely remodel. Provide customer service directly to the homeowner and offer solutions to ensure customer satisfaction. Identify house or bathroom specs to determine where to start, review the scope of work, and follow the installation checklist to ensure guidelines and processes are followed. Clean up the job site and ensure all equipment is cleaned and stored properly for safety and per guidelines. Work on install certification while being coached by the main Installer. Learn to stage the job completely and load the van for the next day or morning to prevent interruptions due to missing items. What we're looking for / Qualifications
Ability to pass background check. Valid drivers’ license. Willingness to learn and retain production methods and Company policies. Verbal, written, and mathematical capabilities equivalent to a high school graduate. Dependable and detail-oriented. Good customer relations and skills. Solid carpentry skills and basic hand tool knowledge. Ability to perform the essential physical requirements of the position and work extended hours. Ability to motivate others and be a team player. Reliable transportation and authorization to work in the US. High school diploma or equivalent. Must be willing to learn and develop into roles with greater responsibility and pay. Must be able to lift 75 pounds or more. Must maintain a phenomenal attendance record and be on time. Must work well with others, as a team, and keep a positive attitude. Benefits
