Daily tasks
People Acquisition/Recruitment: Conduct outreach to individuals, organizations, and potential partners Generate and qualify leads through email, LinkedIn, and other platforms. Maintain and update lead databases and CRM tools. Create, schedule, and publish engaging content. Monitor social media engagement and respond to comments/messages. Support in growing followers and improving brand visibility across platforms. Collaborate with the design and content team to create visually appealing posts. Draft newsletters, outreach messages, and marketing emails. German speaking will be a plus point (Assist in preparing basic German-language posts or captions with translation support if needed). People Management: Good command of English (verbal and written). Knowledge of social media platforms and content creation tools (e.g., Canva). Basic understanding of lead generation and outreach strategies. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and work collaboratively in a team. What we are looking for
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (preferred). Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1+ year of experience are encouraged to apply. Exceptional

skills. High level of
confidentiality
and discretion in handling sensitive information. Ability to work
independently and remotely
