Dishwasher - Minnesota Fishing Resort

We are seeking a reliable and efficient Dishwasher to help maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, ensuring our guests enjoy fresh, quality meals during their stay. Key Responsibilities:

Wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment in accordance with health and safety standards

Maintain cleanliness of dishwashing areas, including sinks, counters, and storage spaces

Assist with basic food prep and kitchen organization as needed

Ensure proper disposal of waste and recycling materials

Follow all safety and sanitation policies to uphold a clean and safe working environment

Collaborate with kitchen staff to support smooth kitchen operations

Skills and Qualifications:

Prior experience in a dishwashing or kitchen support role preferred but not required

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Strong attention to detail and cleanliness

Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team

Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift moderate loads

Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varied shifts as needed
