Overview
The City of Saint Paul Public Works Department is hiring an individual to perform basic cleaning and custodial work in an assigned area.
Responsibilities
Clean building floors, office areas, seating areas, and hallways by sweeping, mopping, or vacuuming.
Dust rooms, hallways, and office furniture.
Service, clean, and supply restrooms.
Clean windows, glass partitions, mirrors, and drinking fountains.
Gather and empty wastebaskets.
Lock and unlock doors.
Report needed repairs to supervisor.
Lift equipment, tools, and supplies of up to 50 pounds.
Positions in some department may be required to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
