Assistant Superintendent - Multifamily

The Assistant Superintendent will be an integral part of a team that oversees the construction of varying ground up Multifamily Construction. The Assistant Superintendent will be responsible for project quality control, subcontractor coordination, daily logs/project documentation, safety, and inspections. Select Responsibilities: Provide field oversight for all phases of assigned construction projects Develop and manage project schedules Manage subcontractor performance relationships Be responsible for both the timeliness and total quality of assigned projects Prepare project documentation for coordination and effective site management Implement and execute Quality Control/Quality Assurance program Promote an injury-free job site through safety initiatives and Company safety program Qualifications: 1-3+ years' experience as an Assistant Superintendent within Ground Up Multifamily Construction Proficient with relevant construction technology; Procore experience a plus
