Head Lacrosse Coach

This is a full-time on-site role for a Head Lacrosse Coach located in the San Francisco Bay Area. The Head Lacrosse Coach will oversee the lacrosse program, develop and implement training plans, and coach student-athletes to enhance their skills and teamwork. This individual will also be responsible for creating a comprehensive curriculum, fostering athletic and personal growth, and ensuring adherence to school policies and ethics. Expertise in Lacrosse and Coaching, with the ability to train and mentor players effectively Strong skills in Curriculum Development and Training program creation Excellent Communication skills to interact with players, staff, and parents Demonstrated organizational skills and ability to lead a team-oriented program Experience in a school or educational setting is a plus Familiarity with sports safety practices and regulations
