Entry Level Loan Officer Job Information:
Shift: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Start Date: January 5th, 2026
Employment Type: Full-time, On‑site
Duration: Permanent
PAY: 30.5K Base Salary PLUS UNLIMITED commission. Average Loan Officer makes between $85,000 – $125,000 in first year!!

Entry Level Loan Officer Key Responsibilities
Train under experienced Mortgage Bankers and leadership
Apply real sales tactics through hands‑on coaching and CRM tools
Deliver exceptional customer service while managing warm leads from multiple sources
Entry Level Loan Officer Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree OR 2+ years in inside sales, service, military, or commission‑based roles
Strong communication skills (phone, written, and in‑person)
Outgoing, competitive, and driven by performance and growth
Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Mesa, AZ.
Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $80,000.00 – $100,000.00 per year.
Workplace Type This is a fully onsite position in Mesa, AZ.
