
Sr. Director Product Management: Addressability

The Addressability PM will create the vision and strategy for an entire suite of addressability-related products, enabling targeted advertising in a safe, privacy‑compliant, and future‑proofed way. As a customer advocate, this PM documents core jobs to be done and leads discovery across teams, focusing on use cases for brands, publishers, and platforms across LiveRamp’s product suite.
Responsibilities
Contribute to the prioritization and roadmap of Addressability products and capabilities by working closely with commercial and business development teams to ensure scalability and meet market demand.
Work closely with Commercial, Legal, Product and Engineering leadership to keep Addressability products ahead of privacy and partner requirements.
Work closely with operations and product intelligence teams to provide visibility into key third‑party metrics and usage patterns that shape future product decisions.
Manage multiple complex initiatives across different phases of the Product Development Lifecycle.
Meet with customers such as marketers, publishers and platforms to understand their needs and communicate how the roadmap will address them.
Write clear, concise requirements documents, RFCs and user stories for engineers.
Manage prioritization and trade‑offs within your product area, working closely with engineering teams and other stakeholders.
Ensure all products adhere to LiveRamp’s stringent data ethics standards and comply with privacy law.
Analyze the competitive landscape of your product area to identify gaps and opportunities for LiveRamp.
Collaborate with Commercialization, Sales Enablement, and Operational teams to educate and drive the roll‑out of new products through PDLC gates.
Candidate Profile
4‑6+ years of experience in Product Management.
Experience in the online advertising vertical and understanding of the industry.
Firm understanding of the Product Development Lifecycle (PDLC).
Enjoys highly technical problems and working closely with engineering.
Full-stack product developer who can research, build, and defend business cases with little guidance.
Excellent written, presentation, and verbal communication skills.
Strong problem solver who thrives on creative solutions to poorly defined problems that impact customers.
Customer‑obsessed and enjoys collaborating closely with customers to develop solutions.
Experience with Agile software development.
Ready to work in a culture that values collaboration, dependability, positivity, and knowledge‑seeking.
Bonus Points
Prior experience in Identity Resolution, digital targeting, or digital measurement.
Firm understanding of privacy regulations within the US.
Deep technical background.
The approximate annual base compensation range is $210,000 to $309,500. The actual offer, reflecting the total compensation package and benefits, will be determined by factors such as experience, knowledge, skills, geography and internal equity among our team.
