Job Summary
Foster a positive, motivating environment for all athletes.
Maximize client retention through best-in-class service: coaching, training, nutrition, and accountability.
Modify and adapt movements to best suit the individual at hand.
Teach and deliver accurate, industry-leading educational advice on strength, speed, and nutrition.
Ensure athletes use proper form and technique, reducing injury risk.
Coaching group workouts, personal training, and teams.
Start and finish workouts on time and assess members for proper program alignment.
Build and maintain relationships with each D1 member.
Responsibilities
Foster a positive, motivating environment for all athletes.
Maximize client retention through best-in-class service.
Modify and adapt movements to best suit the individual.
Reduce an athlete's risk of injury by focusing on proper technique and movement patterns.
Qualifications
Valid AED/CPR/First Aid certification.
At least one valid certification accredited by the NCCA.
Minimum of 1 year of strength & conditioning-related experience in a group, team, or personal training setting.
Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science or a related field.
