About the Team Capital One’s Retail Bank has grown by leaps and bounds in recent years. The Bank has risen up the league tables in deposits and checking relationships, capitalizing on industry-leading products and a unique challenger brand with superior digital capabilities and distinctive cafés and branches. The Retail Bank Marketing team is on a two-year journey of transformation into a digital-first, intelligent marketing function to unleash the business’s growth potential. Our team is made up of business and data analysts, marketing strategists, MarTech product and platform managers, data scientists, creatives, project managers, and process managers—all working together to create the marketing experiences that will drive more core customers to bank with Capital One.
Responsibilities The Retail Bank Marketing team is looking for someone with deep marketing expertise who will build, develop, and maintain a high-performing marketing organization and support our growing Bank Marketing platforms. The role will:
Lead the strategy, execution, and optimization of marketing technology and automation efforts.
Define and implement key strategic initiatives for marketing technology platforms such as incentive infrastructures.
Oversee the MarTech stack, select vendors, and manage budgets.
Drive data-driven strategy and foster adoption of new technologies.
Define and maintain the MarTech architecture, working with technology leaders and enterprise stakeholders; create decision‑making frameworks for platform architectural changes and manage integrations with platforms like AdTech and owned channels.
Collaborate directly with the Bank Marketing leadership team to drive strategic MarTech efforts, ensure key business priorities and campaigns are executed successfully.
Use cloud technology experience (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) and MarTech platforms (Salesforce, Adobe Workfront, Google Marketing Platform, etc.).

Basic Qualifications
At least 9 years of experience working in product management.
Currently holding, or in the process of obtaining, a Bachelor's or Master's degree (or MBA) in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems, or related field).
Preferred Qualifications
10+ years of marketing, MarTech, AI, and marketing operations experience.
Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer-facing digital products.

This role is also eligible for performance-based incentive compensation, including cash bonuses and/or long-term incentives.
