Role Overview As the VP of Enterprise Architecture, you will define and execute an architectural vision that aligns with the organizations strategic objectives. This includes overseeing technology evaluations, building enterprise roadmaps, and leading high-performing teams responsible for implementing best-in-class solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, drive innovation, and ensure all initiatives adhere to security and compliance standards.
Qualifications
Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in
Enterprise Architecture
At least 5 years of demonstrated leadership in an architecture-focused environment
Bachelors degree in IT, Computer Science, Mathematics, Technology, or a closely related field
Proven track record in evaluating emerging technologies and integrating them into large-scale operations
TOGAF certification
highly preferred
Strong analytical skills and experience with strategic roadmapping, budget management, and headcount planning
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain the enterprise architectural roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals
Oversee full lifecycle implementations, from technology evaluation to deployment
Lead and mentor architects and engineers, providing architectural direction and best practices
Communicate architectural decisions, strategies, and roadmaps effectively across the organization
Collaborate with business stakeholders on project intake and planning to ensure feasibility and alignment
Drive innovation by identifying and implementing cutting-edge technologies for competitive advantage
Ensure performance, scalability, and security considerations are embedded in all solutions
Establish metrics to measure the impact of architecture initiatives and adapt strategies as needed
