Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Washington, DC, for a Director of Operations at Verve Behavioral Health. The Director of Operations will oversee daily business operations, develop and implement strategic plans, and ensure smooth execution of organizational processes. Responsibilities include managing teams, optimizing operational workflows, maintaining budgets, and fostering high-quality customer service. The role requires collaboration with different departments to sustain an environment of continuous improvement and to support the mission of providing exceptional care.
Salary Range: $100,000-$120,000
Qualifications
Strong expertise in Operations Management and the ability to optimize workflows efficiently
Exceptional Analytical Skills for evaluating processes, solving problems, and making data-driven decisions
Proven experience in Team Management, including leadership and mentoring capabilities
Demonstrated proficiency in Budgeting and resource allocation to achieve operational goals
Commitment to delivering excellent Customer Service and enhancing client satisfaction
Excellent communication, organizational, and decision-making abilities
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
Experience in the behavioral health or healthcare industry is a strong advantage
