What will you do in this job?
Greet guests on arrival and help them with their bags when necessary
Provide information about services, entertainment, and other activities at the lodge
Lead a daily walking tour of the lodge, highlighting the unique history and culture of the lodge and local area
Help keep the lobby and other public areas of the lodge clean and welcoming
Offer assistance to guests and teammates where needed
Be a utility player who can complete a variety of job duties
What skills and experience do you need for this job?
Guest service or Bell Person experience preferred
Work-ethic and commitment to the team and guest is key
You’ll need a valid US driver’s license
Ability to lift 50+ lbs. regularly and carry up and down stairs
Be willing and able to work solo or as part of a team
Be committed to Safety First
Be organized with a great eye for detail
Be kind to others and always bring your best
Be a good communicator, always suggesting ideas and solutions
The starting wage for this role is $15.75.
