As a Rheumatologist at Rinvio Recruitment, you will play a crucial role in diagnosing and treating patients with rheumatic diseases. Responsibilities
Diagnose and treat a variety of rheumatic conditions
Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient care
Stay updated with the latest research and advancements in rheumatology
Provide education and support to patients and their families
Participate in quality improvement initiatives within the practice
Document patient progress and treatment outcomes accurately
Contribute to the recruitment and training of new healthcare staff
Requirements
MD or DO degree from an accredited institution
Board certification in Rheumatology
Associate-level experience in a clinical setting
Strong diagnostic and clinical skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment
Commitment to patient-centered care and continuous learning
Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) systems
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 40 hours per week
No call requirement
Setting: Hospital-based practice
Patient Census: 12-15 per day
Board certification required
