The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a solid understanding of developmentally appropriate learning programs for young children. Additionally, the candidate should be capable of motivating and inspiring staff. Our unique and flexible learning environment emphasizes turning everyday encounters into teachable moments, fostering children's interests to influence their learning experiences across academic, mental, physical, and social-emotional domains. Our dedicated faculty comprises highly qualified early childhood educators who craft creative, engaging lesson plans aligned with state-specific learning outcomes, delivered in a fun and imaginative manner.
