Flexo Printing Plate Maker

As a Flexographic Plate Maker, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining high-quality flexographic plates using both traditional and digital methods. This role demands attention to detail, technical expertise in flexographic plates, and the ability to meet production deadlines efficiently. Key Responsibilities: Produce high-quality sheet and liquid flexographic plates for use in the corrugated printing industry. Perform additional duties including loading and unloading materials, clean-up, and light inventory management. Ability to work independently. Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure safety and efficiency. Follow a production schedule to determine work priorities. Job Type: Full-time 1st Shift Monday
Friday 7AM- 3:30PM Training will be provided Location: Schaumburg, IL Qualifications: Prior experience in a manufacturing role is a plus. Basic computer skills for equipment operation. Strong attention to detail to ensure the production of high-quality plates. Effective communication skills to work collaboratively with team members. Mechanical aptitude to perform tasks with minimal supervision. Ability to consistently perform duties with precision and reliability. Physical Requirements: Must be able to lift and manipulate materials weighing at least 50 lbs. Comfortable working in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
