Account Manager Opportunity

The Cross Family of Agencies welcomes you. We need your talent and expertise. Account Managers are primarily responsible for servicing policies (new and renewal) for commercial customers of Cross Insurance, while creating and maintaining strong relationships with customers, underwriters and other professionals. Duties of an Account Manager include, but are not limited to: Understand the daily business operations and basic exposures of our customers. Adhere to the Cross Procedure Manual as well as the CL WORKFLOW Manual and Timelines Respond to customer inquiries including coverage questions, requests for documentation with direction of the Account Executive/Producer Follow-up with underwriters for the timely receipt of quotes. Respond to requests from underwriters. Meet with AE/Producer monthly to review marketing instructions. Prepare Renewal proposals Collect applications and underwriting information from Account Executive (AE) and/or client as necessary to market new and renewal policies. Assist AE/Producer in completing these items as much as possible. Add Master COIs & EPIs when new accounts are written/ and updates on renewals Create new policy issuance instructions, quote instructions and renewal instructions for insurance company. (Bind Order) Provide Assistant Account Manager with instructions for processing new and renewal policies Answer questions posed by Assistant Account Manager Facilitate audit disputes. Must have P&C License Attain CE credits as necessary for licensing The base salary range for this role is $65,000-$90,000. Actual compensation will be based on factors including location, skills, experience, and internal equity.
