Key responsibilities Achieve sales targets in your territory. Create and maintain good relationships with prescription customers. Acquire a deep understanding of the needs of relevant prescription customers. We are looking for a competent person to increase sales revenue and to maintain customer relationships within the assigned geographic area following company's strategy. You will ensure that our customers are happy and look for ways to grow our sales. Responsibilities Achieve sales targets in your territory. Create and maintain good relationships with prescription customers. Gain an in-depth understanding of the needs of relevant prescription customers. Find ways to ensure effective sales operations. Analyze data to find the most effective sales methods. Evaluate sales performance against key performance indicators. Monitor competition within assigned region. Ensure the growth and positioning of the company in your territory. Have extensive knowledge of all products and services offered by company and promote them according to the company's strategy. Train and inform customers on the use of the company's products, as well as on new products and services provided by the company. Promote company's image to prescription customers. Participate in promotional or industry events to cultivate customer relationships. Conduct market research, identifying opportunities to expand the customer base. Ensure that all activity is reported in the company's systems. Coordinate with the assigned territory team (Telemarketing, Sales Service and warehouse personnel). Occasionally perform activities, directly or indirectly related to their specific responsibilities, that are necessary for the fulfillment of their objectives or those of company, or that are entrusted by their immediate superior. Proactively collaborate in the application of the occupational risk prevention, quality and environmental systems, as well as in the application of company's financial, commercial, production and human resources policies in his/her area of responsibility in collaboration with the other areas. Requirements University degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or similar. Proven work experience developing similar functions. Language of the country. Valuable knowledge of Spanish and/or English. Excellent communication and public speaking skills. Ability to devise strategies and use key performance indicators. Communication and persuasion skills.
