Join our Customer Care team as a Customer Service Representative, where you'll use strong verbal and written communication skills to support customers, ensure order accuracy, and collaborate closely with internal teams in a fast-paced environment. What You'll Do

Maintain accurate customer records in Salesforce (discounts, billing, notes, account ownership). Communicate promptly with customers and account managers via phone/email. Review and process Return Material Authorization (RMA) requests. Partner with operations, engineering, and technical support to ensure accurate account information. Enter quotes and order cases from Salesforce into Oracle. Process credit requests into Oracle. What You Bring

High school diploma/GED required; associate degree preferred. 01 year of related experience preferred. Prior experience working in a high volume call center strongly preferred. Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office; Salesforce and Oracle experience a plus. Who You Are
