Aston Carter is partnering with a local Manufacturing company to find a skilled Sales Admin to join our team! This is an in-office position which focuses on providing quality service to our customers. This individual would provide support to the outside sales team by generating quotes and processing and reviewing orders. Responsibilities include: Generating quotes and the processing, reviewing and editing of customer orders Managing customer relations to include lead times, expectations and perceptions Coordinating with internal departments to resolve problems and assure that appropriate service is provided Educating account and business partners regarding products for assigned accounts Cultivating strong working relationships with assigned accounts and business partners Proactively working with existing customers to identify new opportunities within other segments of the account Preparation and creation of reports using Excel Skills: Customer service, data entry, administrative support, Microsoft Office, SAP, sales administration Top skills details: Customer service, data entry, administrative support, Microsoft Office Additional skills and qualifications: Associates degree in business or technical discipline; or equivalent 2+ years of related experience preferred. Excellent verbal communication, writing, and telephone manner. Ability to effectively work both independently and as part of a team. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Knowledge of SAP a plus. Experience level: Entry Level Job type and location: This is a contract to hire position based out of Post Falls, ID. Pay and benefits: The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $22.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
