- Lead requirement architecture workshops with business team to design the solutions and construct the specification and design workflows
- Knowledge and experience in end to end TrackWise Digital configuration and SDFC
- Lead business requirements analysis, perform Impact analysis and risk assessment of technical requirements
- Work closely with development team to ensure system configured as per client requirement
- Present multiple design strategies in TWD and align with stakeholders with the best and acceptable design
- Identify any technical roadblocks and provide strategies to identify workarounds
- Conduct product and process demo to business team
- Functional and technical knowledge of integrating external systems with TrackWise Digital
- Extensive Knowledge of Pharma Quality Management Process- Deviation, Change Control, Complaints, CAPA, etc.
- Prepare training material for the processes configured and conduct functional and Technical training
- Hands on experience in preparing and reviewing various Validation documents, such as FS, CS, etc.
- Willing to travel to client sites to liaise with the staff at all levels of the client organization
- Prepare and present updates to stakeholders and project team at project status meetings
- Good knowledge of software development life cycle with experience in all project phases
- Relevant experience of 9-12 years
- Excellent Leadership skills to help team achieve high performance
- Strong communication skills and the ability to explain technical information to Business team
- Analytical and strong organizational skills
