Respiratory Therapy Clinical Director - Las Vegas, NV
Overview Direct the Respiratory Therapy clinical education through instruction of students to ensure training of quality patient care. Lead the next generation of respiratory care in the entertainment capital of the world.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the daily operations and quality of the clinical portion of the Respiratory Therapy program.
Manage, train, and evaluate clinical instructors to ensure educational excellence.
Develop, coordinate, and evaluate clinical assignments and student progression.
Secure, maintain, and strengthen relationships with clinical affiliate sites across the Las Vegas area.
Ensure the program remains in full compliance with all CoARC, state, and institutional standards.
Provide direct instruction and mentorship to students in clinical and/or classroom settings.

Minimum Requirements
Valid Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential and a current Nevada state license (or eligibility).
Baccalaureate degree or higher from a regionally or nationally accredited institution recognized by the U.S. Department of Education (USDE).
A minimum of four (4) years’ experience as an RRT, with at least two (2) years in clinical respiratory care.
A minimum of two (2) years’ experience as an instructor in a CoARC-accredited respiratory care program.
