Join our motivated Global Medical Affairs (GMA) team and help shape the future of medical excellence! In this key position as the Global Lead of Medical Affairs Operations & Excellence, you will drive the development and implementation of the global Medical Asset strategy and ensure the effective execution of all Medical Affairs activities. You will grow the operations organization, reporting directly to the Head of Global Medical Affairs and leading a dedicated team of 3 people. You will be member of the GMA Leadership Team. Furthermore, your tasks will be:
Develop and implement operational excellence strategies in line with the GMA vision
Lead and develop the GMA Operations & Excellence team
Optimize processes, workflows, and systems (e.g., Veeva MedInq, Promomats)
Drive digitalization and omnichannel projects as well as Medical Information Services
Design and deliver B2B trainings and establish a unified GMA training framework
Ensure compliance, quality management, and audit readiness
Collaborate closely with internal and external partners and the GMA Leadership Team-Members
YOUR PROFILE
University degree in healthcare, life sciences, engineering, or a related field
Min. 10 years of experience in operational excellence and process improvement in the pharmaceutical industry
Experience in Medical Affairs (ideally global) and in leading teams
Strong project management and IT skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
High intercultural competence, team spirit, and a proactive, goal-oriented approach
Willingness to travel internationally (approx. 30%)
Excellent communication skills in English (written and oral fluent)
