Job Description: Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with hands‑on expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and a strong background in Asset Management.
The ideal candidate will bridge business requirements and technical solutions, ensuring successful implementation and optimization of Dynamics 365 modules related to asset lifecycle, maintenance, and financial tracking.
Key Responsibilities
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for asset management processes.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define and refine Dynamics 365 solutions.
Configure and support Dynamics 365 modules, particularly Finance & Operations (F&O) and Asset Management.
Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories.
Conduct gap analysis and recommend system enhancements.
Support UAT, training, and change management activities.
Work closely with developers, testers, and project managers to ensure timely delivery.
Monitor system performance and suggest improvements.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum 9 years of overall experience, including 5+ years as a Business Analyst.
At least 3 years of hands‑on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, focusing on Asset Management or Finance & Operations.
Strong understanding of asset lifecycle management, depreciation, maintenance scheduling, and compliance.
Experience with business process modeling and documentation tools.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work effectively in Agile/Scrum environments.
Preferred Qualifications
Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Fundamentals or Functional Consultant.
Industry experience in utilities, manufacturing, or real estate.
Familiarity with Power Platform tools (Power BI, Power Automate).
Certifications
Microsoft Dynamics 365 certification preferred.
