SERVPRO® is seeking a highly motivated and dependable Priority Responder to be the first point of contact during emergency property damage situations. As a Priority Responder, you’ll play a critical role in quickly assessing damage, communicating with customers, and initiating the mitigation process. You’ll represent the SERVPRO brand with professionalism, empathy, and urgency—ensuring clients receive immediate support during their time of need.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond immediately to emergency calls including water, fire, mold, and biohazard losses (day, night, weekends, and holidays as needed).
Perform on‑site assessments, documenting damage and collecting critical information for the production and mitigation teams.
Communicate effectively with customers, property owners, insurance adjusters, and SERVPRO staff to establish expectations and next steps.
Capture and relay detailed job site documentation including photos, customer information, and preliminary scope of work.
Assist in stabilization efforts such as water extraction, board‑ups, or containment, when needed.
Maintain a clean and professional appearance while demonstrating SERVPRO’s core values of compassion, integrity, and responsiveness.
