Who We’re Looking For
A motivated Bilingual Sales Rep with a passion for people and a drive to succeed. If you’re already licensed in Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health with the California Department of Insurance, that’s a big plus — but if you’re not yet, we’re willing to help the right person get there!
Are bilingual in Spanish and English
Love talking to people and building relationships
Have previous sales or customer service experience
Are already licensed in P&C or Life & Health (or willing to get licensed
soon )
Are goal‑oriented, self‑motivated, and love being part of a positive, supportive team
Want to grow within the industry and build a meaningful career
What You’ll Be Doing
Reaching out to new and existing customers
Having real conversations to help people understand their coverage needs
Quoting and selling insurance products (auto, home, life, etc.)
Following up on leads and helping the agency grow
Being part of a team that values integrity, customer care, and real results
