Position Overview The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for handling billing inquiries, processing payments, addressing account-related questions, and managing follow-up communications with customers. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask efficiently.
Responsibilities
Process and manage customer billing and payments accurately and timely.
Respond to customer inquiries regarding their accounts, billing statements, and payment status.
Assist customers with questions related to their accounts and resolve any discrepancies.
Scan and maintain documents related to customer accounts and billing.
Follow up with customers to ensure their needs are met and to provide additional support as required.
Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex customer issues.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

Requirements
Previous experience in a customer service or billing role preferred.

Able to learn computer functions
Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
