
Customer Service Representative - Austin
Camfil USA, a leader in filtration products and equipment, has an immediate opening for an individual with proven customer service and administrative skills for our Austin, TX Sales Branch Office.
SUMMARY In this position the Customer Service Representative will work closely and support our Sales, Service and Warehouse operations Monday through Friday 7:30am to 4pm.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Customer service
Order processing
Data entry
Directly dealing with customers, taking orders and payment etc.
Greeting walk‑in customers and processing orders
Communicating with customers courteously and promptly
Working closely with warehouse personnel to coordinate customer pickups
Speaking with customers as they inquire about products
Providing literature, technical information, product information and any other support to our customers.
Answering phone calls and directing to proper person when necessary
Quote customers using Microsoft Dynamics
Pricing
Billing
Scanning documents on a daily basis
General office tasks.
QUALIFICATIONS
Must have excellent organizational and communications skills.
Computer software skills to include strong proficiency with Outlook, MS Excel and Word programs.
ERP System knowledge preferred.
EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE
Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent.
Office experience preferred.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to communicate effectively orally and written to Management and employees of the organization.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
General mathematical skills required.
REASONING ABILITY
Problem‑solving skills required, ability to analyze data.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
While performing the duties of this job you will be exposed to warehouse surroundings.
