The ideal candidate will have
2-5 years of experience
advising on
complex private equity and leveraged buyout M&A transactions , as well as
general corporate matters .
What we’re looking for:
2-5 years' experience in corporate or transactional law
Background in
private equity, M&A, or general corporate advisory
Experience at a
top AmLaw 200 firm or boutique
Stand out academic credentials
from a top-tier law school
A
collaborative and entrepreneurial mindset
