Greet members and provide exceptional service at teller lines and account‑opening desks.
Process transactions accurately and handle member inquiries efficiently.
Promote credit union products and services to members.
Navigate different branch environments, adapting to changing customer needs.
Maintain a positive, customer‑centric approach in all interactions.
Qualifications
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong attention to detail for accurate transaction processing.
Customer‑centric mindset with effective problem‑solving abilities.
Adaptability and flexibility to travel between branches.
Prior customer‑service experience is beneficial but not required.
Enthusiasm for delivering exceptional service and teamwork.
