RN leader
to drive Quality, Risk Management, Patient Safety, and Regulatory Compliance. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a high-impact position focused on elevating outcomes and strengthening organizational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Quality/Performance Improvement, Risk Management & Medical Staff Office
Serve as Patient Safety Officer + Ethics & Compliance Officer
Oversee regulatory readiness, CMS/TJC Core Measures & accreditation
Partner with leadership to improve patient outcomes and safety culture

Qualifications
RN license + BSN
BLS required
