Our CSRs are responsible for answering inbound calls, scheduling service appointments, resolving customer concerns, and delivering a 5-star customer experience. CSRs serve as trusted professionals who demonstrate empathy, efficiency, and a commitment to excellence in every interaction.

Job Responsibilities

Handle an average of 100 inbound calls per day, accurately capturing customer information

Schedule service appointments with technicians in a timely and efficient manner

Gather and assess customer information to understand and address their needs

Resolve customer inquiries with empathy, professionalism, and a focus on first-call resolution

Accurately enter and maintain customer records in the CRM system

Document call outcomes, service requests, and relevant customer notes promptly and thoroughly

Participate in ongoing training sessions to support continuous learning and professional development

Perform additional duties as assigned by the manager

Pay and Benefits

Pay: $40,000-$45,000/annually plus commissions (eligible for overtime over 40 hours/week)

Schedule: Wednesday - Saturday 7:00am - 6:00pm OR Monday - Friday 11:00am - 8:00pm

Requirements

1-2 years of customer service experience (call center or dispatch experience preferred)

Excellent listening, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills

Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure

High attention to detail and organizational skills

Must be able to remain in a stationary position (seated) for prolonged periods

Frequent use of computer, keyboard, and telephone headset
