Salesforce is the #1 AI CRM, where humans with agents drive customer success together. This role is for a Director/Senior Director of UX Product Design on the Agentforce Development Platform, shaping the vision, strategy, and execution for agent authoring, evaluation, and lifecycle tooling.
Design Vision & Strategy: define end-to-end UX strategy for Agentforce Development, spanning agent authoring, evaluation, SDK/API tooling, and lifecycle management.
Design for authors and builders across low-code to pro-code, ensuring seamless transitions between declarative tools and developer workflows.
Create experiences with consumer-grade quality in enterprise/developer environments.
Collaborate with Product and Engineering to evolve the evaluation framework and tooling UX, enabling builders to measure, debug, and improve performance with transparency and trust.
Drive a unified design system aligned with the Salesforce Lightning Design System (SLDS).
Leadership & Transformation
Build and mentor a high-performing UX team in a fast-moving, innovation-driven environment.
Lead transformation from waterfall to agile, embedding design into every delivery phase.
Foster a collaborative, feedback-rich design culture with experimentation and continuous learning.
Operate effectively in a matrixed organization across platform, client, run-time, and evaluation teams.
Influence senior leaders on design strategy and customer-centric product decisions.
Apply systems thinking to create scalable design frameworks, patterns, and evaluation flows.
Integrate user research, data, and iterative feedback to optimize agent authoring and testing experiences.
Deliver cohesive, end-to-end UX covering agent creation, evaluation, deployment, and refinement.
10+ years in UX/Product Design, with 2+ years leading large, multi-disciplinary design teams.
~ Experience designing for developer/technical personas (SDKs, APIs, CLIs, IDEs, or platform tools).
~ Proven ability to work in matrixed organizations across design, product, engineering, and executives.
~ Experience with AI authoring, evaluation frameworks, developer tooling, and agent lifecycle design.
~ Ability to collaborate across backend platform, client, runtime, and evaluation teams to deliver integrated solutions.
~ Experience designing consumer-grade interfaces in enterprise/platform contexts.
Background in enterprise SaaS, AI, or leading organizational transformation from waterfall to agile.
Expertise in design systems, accessibility, and design operations at scale.
