A well-capitalized investment platform focused on Renewables is seeking a Vice President of Corporate Finance to join its growing team. This is a strategic role supporting senior leadership across financial planning, investment analysis, and portfolio oversight, with significant exposure to transactions and capital markets.
The role offers the opportunity to shape the financial infrastructure of a fast-growing platform backed by long-term institutional capital. You’ll help drive investment decisions, build scalable financial models, and work cross-functionally with teams spanning operations, development, and strategy.
Key Responsibilities
Lead development of corporate financial models, forecasts, and performance dashboards
Drive budgeting, FP&A, and internal reporting functions
Support due diligence and execution of acquisitions and capital investments
Contribute to investment committee materials, memos, and board reporting
Interface with external stakeholders including capital providers and advisors
Analyze market trends, risks, and opportunities to inform strategy
Develop tools and processes that enhance financial transparency and scalability
Partner with executive leadership on long-term planning and capital allocation
Ideal Candidate 10+ years’ experience in finance, investment banking, or energy/infrastructure sectors
Strong background in corporate modeling, strategic finance, and transaction support
Deep understanding of capital markets, project finance, and FP&A
Skilled at simplifying complex data and communicating insights to leadership
Self-directed, analytical, and comfortable operating in a dynamic environment
