Overview
We’re hiring an accountant who can run point on marketing execution, lead generation, and managing our AI agents that support outbound + marketing workflows. This person will sit at the center of growth operations: running campaigns, coordinating events, testing outbound approaches, managing CRM hygiene, and improving processes using AI and automation. You’ll work closely with the founders and will have real ownership over results. About Us

has the drive to help build the growth engine from the ground up. What You’ll Own (Responsibilities)
Own day-to-day execution of lead generation campaigns (email, LinkedIn, events, partner outreach) Build and manage prospect lists (ICP targeting, firm/company filtering, contact enrichment) Maintain clean workflows in our CRM (lead stages, routing, follow-ups, reporting) Track conversion metrics: meetings booked, response rates, pipeline created, event ROI AI Agents + Automation Ops
Manage and improve our AI SDR agents and automation tools used in outbound workflows Test messaging variations and prompts to increase replies + booked meetings Set up workflows between tools (CRM + email platform + enrichment + scheduling) Monitor quality and continuously tune for better outcomes Events + Community
Own execution of industry events and local meetups: Booth/table setup and materials Help manage partnerships with firms and accounting communities Content + Marketing Support
Help build basic marketing assets: simple one-pagers event flyers short LinkedIn posts customer proof points Coordinate website updates or landing page experiments with the team Startup “Wear Many Hats”
This is early-stage—expect to jump into whatever drives traction: demo scheduling and follow-up internal process cleanup What We’re Looking For (Qualifications)
Must-Have Accounting background (degree in accounting/finance OR relevant work experience) Interest in AI workflows, prompt iteration, automation Comfortable in ambiguous, fast-moving startup environments Strong writing skills (you’ll be involved in outbound messaging + positioning) High ownership and follow-through (you’re the type who finishes the job) Organized and systems-oriented (you like workflows, dashboards, and clean data) Nice-to-Have Experience with marketing execution, events, or outbound sales support Familiarity with CRMs Familiarity with outbound platforms Interest in AI workflows, prompt iteration, automation Experience at a CPA firm, advisory, or working with controllers/CFOs What Success Looks Like
You can run a weekly lead gen rhythm independently (lists → outreach → booked meetings) You improve outbound messaging performance through iteration and experimentation CRM stays clean and leadership can see pipeline clearly Events and partnerships start becoming repeatable sources of meetings Our AI agents get sharper and more effective over time Why This Role Is Awesome
