We are seeking a
Product Director
to lead the technology product strategy for our
Digital, Marketing, and Retail Media Network
initiatives. This role is designed for a strategic business partner who can work closely with
business leaders ,
product managers , and
technology teams
to shape and guide the future of our digital offerings. You will be responsible for contributing thought leadership, building strategic roadmaps, and ensuring technology investments align with business goals. This is a dynamic, fast-paced area of the business with high visibility and a constant flow of new ideas and initiatives. The ideal candidate is a
self-starter ,
curious , and thrives in environments where they must connect dots across teams and functions. Key Responsibilities
Serve as a strategic partner to business leaders in Digital, Marketing, and Retail Media, helping translate business needs into actionable technology strategies. Lead and coach a team of Product Managers, supporting their development and effectiveness. Collaborate with existing business product management teams to contribute thought leadership, prioritization guidance, and relationship management. Drive strategic planning and roadmap development, ensuring alignment across business, finance, store operations, and technology. Facilitate prioritization conversations, balancing business desires with technical feasibility, timing, and cross-functional dependencies. Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across site merchandising, operations, and the broader technology organization. Ensure product decisions are informed by a deep understanding of business processes and digital marketing best practices. Navigate ambiguity and manage a high volume of incoming requests with clarity and confidence. Qualifications
Required Skills & Experience
Proven experience in
digital marketing ,
retail media networks , or related digital product domains. Strong strategic thinking and ability to contribute to high-level planning and prioritization. Demonstrated success in
relationship management
and cross-functional collaboration. Experience coaching and mentoring product managers. Ability to simplify complex initiatives and communicate clearly across business and technical audiences. Strong facilitation, negotiation, and presentation skills. Deep understanding of how technology enables business outcomes in digital and marketing spaces. Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with evolving priorities. Preferred Qualifications
Experience in a retail organization or similar consumer-facing business. Background in both functional business roles and technology teams. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Systems, or related field; Master’s degree preferred. 8+ years of product management experience, including 3+ years leading teams. Familiarity with agile methodologies and product management best practices. What Success Looks Like
