Position Responsibilities

Close inbound leads generated by Marketing, converting high-volume opportunities into new customers

Conduct targeted outbound outreach to support expansion and cross-sell opportunities

Manage full sales cycles from first contact through close, typically lasting 2–3 months

Sell into large, multi-site healthcare accounts, navigating procurement, regulatory, and finance stakeholders

Build strong relationships with decision-makers and influencers across customer organizations

Maintain accurate pipeline management, forecasting, and CRM hygiene

Collaborate closely with Sales leadership, Marketing, and Operations to improve conversion and close rates

Follow established sales processes while contributing feedback to improve scripts, messaging, and workflow

Experience & Skills Required Experience and Qualifications

3–4 years of sales experience with strong closing skills

Proven success closing inbound leads; inbound call center experience strongly preferred

Comfort with some outbound dialing, with a primary focus on inbound deal conversion

Experience selling into healthcare, preferably non-acute healthcare services or SaaS

Ability to manage complex accounts and navigate multi-stakeholder buying processes

Strong communication, organization, and follow-through skills

Experience using CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)

Preferred Experience and Qualifications

Outbound call center experience, especially selling into an existing customer base

Experience working with compliance-driven or regulated healthcare offerings

Familiarity selling to clinics, outpatient facilities, or physician practices
