GREAT PAY The pay for this position is

$20.20 - $26.50 per hour , based on experience and education. Additionally, you may be eligible for up to $31.98 per hour, with shift differentials.

YOUR NEW ROLE You will work

Monday - Friday, 11:30 am - 8:00 pm when on call, or Tuesday to Saturday 11:30 am - 8:00 pm when not on call.

In this position, you will be responsible for coordinating and supervising the daily residential and program activities. This includes overseeing staff and ensuring the maintenance of facilities. Your role will involve assessing, teaching, and supporting individuals in daily living skills. In addition, you will be responsible for organizing and facilitating opportunities for community integration in leisure and vocational areas. REQUIREMENTS

High school diploma or equivalent

1+ years of experience working as a team leader caring for people with intellectual or developmental disabilities.

Valid driver's license for more than one year and be willing to drive the company's vehicle

Willingness to participate in a minimum of two hours per month of in-service training
