Hyatt Regency London Stratford and Hyatt House London Stratford are 352 sophisticated rooms with 10 meeting spaces, within walking distance of the Olympic Park and the London Stadium.
This position can be based at either Hyatt Hotels Manchester or Hyatt Hotels London Stratford.
The role The Sales Manager is responsible for generating revenue for all aspects of the business and for maximizing profitability for Hyatt Regency Manchester, Hyatt House Manchester, Hyatt Regency London Stratford and Hyatt House London Stratford.
The role involves managing a list of accounts and developing new business across all markets focusing on Entertainment and long stay.
Key responsibilities
Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with all customers to provide profitable and efficient account management.
Use reports, local knowledge, competitive analysis and networking skills to find new opportunities for the hotels.
Attract revenue in line with the business strategy and budget.
Implement agreed Sales Action Plans related to the market areas.
Follow up on all potential sales leads.
Plan sales calls into defined objectives.
Conduct extensive competitor research and maintain excellent product knowledge of the hotels.
Produce and submit a monthly activity report and market conditions for the account portfolio.
Host and assist in client entertainment, familiarisation trips and Commercial department activities.
Carry out any other reasonable tasks that may be required from time to time.
About you
Ideally you have gained work experience and in depth of Manchester and London in a similar role, preferably within a prestigious hotel environment.
Passionate about creating memorable events for your customers.
Motivated to change and grow your business.
Experienced leader within markets including corporate& M&E.
Determined to meet goals and targets.
