Senior Director, Digital Channel Strategy & Publishing

* Bachelor’s degree + 10+ years in digital publishing, digital experience, or content operations, with enterprise‑scale web and social ecosystems.* Proven leadership of multi‑platform, global digital operations in regulated or high‑stakes environments.* Strong understanding of CMS‑driven and headless publishing, UX principles, WCAG 2.2 AA, and Core Web Vitals.* Experience managing creative operations, agencies, and complex approval workflows (including MLR/MLC).* Demonstrated ability to lead cross‑functional teams and deliver at pace during issues/crisis scenarios.* Proficiency in analytics/insights, experimentation, and data‑driven decision‑making.**Preferred** **Knowledge, Experience, & Skills:****:*** Advanced degree + experience in pharmaceuticals, biotech, healthcare, or other regulated industries.* Experience supporting global, multi‑language digital operations and localization.* Familiarity with AI‑assisted content operations and governance in the enterprise.* Comfort partnering with IT, Security, Privacy, and Legal/Compliance on integrations and policies. #J-18808-Ljbffr
