For more information, visitor follow Carrier on social media at.**About this role**The **Director, Quality Assurance** owns the execution of long-term Quality Assurance strategy and operational direction for Carrier’s Commercial HVAC business. The role sets strategies and develops projects and processes to ensure continuous quality improvement. The position will partner with key leadership and stakeholders including engineering, the factory, suppliers, and the field. This position is entitled to both short and long-term incentives, subject to plan requirements. **Pay Range**The annual salary for this position is $218,000–$305,000.
