Youth Ministry Leader & Associate Pastor

A church organization is seeking an Associate Pastor/Youth Director to mentor young individuals and lead youth programs. Responsibilities include assisting the Pastor, conducting weekly youth meetings, and fostering community outreach. The ideal candidate should possess a solid Christian faith, a degree in a ministry-related field, and at least 1-3 years of experience in Youth Ministry.
