The Banking BPO Sales Lead focuses on acquiring new logos and driving deals by identifying and closing new business opportunities for BPO services tailored to the banking industry. Key Responsibilities

Sales and Business Development: Lead the entire sales cycle for large, multi-service opportunities, including qualification, solutioning, negotiation, and closure. This typically involves managing a significant annual quota. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain trusted, long-term relationships with C-suite executives by understanding their growth imperatives and positioning IBM as a strategic partner. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work across IBM offering teams (industry, technology, iX and MMS) to ensure comprehensive and holistic solutions are brought to the client. Operational Excellence and Thought Leadership: Leverage deep expertise in marketing operations and BPO processes. Team Leadership: Operate with autonomy and influence, leading deal teams and potentially managing large operational teams to ensure high performance and successful delivery of services within scope and budget. This job can be performed from anywhere in the US. Required technical and professional expertise

10+ years of BPO sales and business development experience Minimum 3+ years sales experience in the core Financial Services (FS) BPO market Ability to develop and execute strategies to target and acquire new FS BPO clients Strong understanding of banking (large, mid-sized and community) industry and insurance (especially life and annuity) industry First-hand familiarity with Financial Services nuances, banking and insurance technologies and platforms (KYC, Payments, Claims et al) Preferred technical and professional experience
