Role Overview
As our Senior Account Manager, you’ll be the face of our brand to property and facility managers overseeing large-scale commercial and industrial properties. You’ll focus on acquiring new clients, estimating projects, and nurturing long-term relationships that drive revenue and margin growth. Key Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new B2B opportunities across Ohio and neighboring states Leverage your existing book of business to open doors and build trust Present solutions tailored to property and facility managers’ needs Conduct site visits and scope assessments Prepare accurate, competitive estimates and proposals Collaborate with project managers to ensure seamless handoff and execution Account Management & Growth
Maintain and grow existing accounts through proactive communication and upselling. Serve as a strategic partner to clients, anticipating needs and delivering value. Performance & Reporting
Meet or exceed KPIs: gross margin, total sales, and new client acquisition. Track pipeline activity and forecasting using CRM tools. What We’re Looking For
Proven success in B2B sales, ideally in commercial painting, construction, or facility services A strong book of business and industry relationships Self-starter with a growth mindset and entrepreneurial drive Excellent communication, negotiation, and follow-through skills Willingness to travel regionally for client meetings and site visits Why Join Us
