Role Summary The

Director, Pfizer Patient Services I&I

is accountable for supporting and leading patient access and support for the

I&I/Pfizer Dermatology portfolio

(Cibinqo, Litfulo), and additional potential launches within I&I. This position will ensure the efficient operation of select Pfizer Dermatology product access services and patient support programs (i.e., Hubs, Copay, and other appropriate offerings) and the efficient design, build, and operation of potential future assets in the I&I space. The Director will own the development of strategies, execution of access/service tactics, vendor management, innovation, and coordination with stakeholders to align to brand strategy – all with the focus on optimizing access to Dermatology/I&I therapies and the ownership of the appropriate patient experience from prescription through fulfillment. The Director will partner closely with the brand teams (HCP, Patient, and Access Integration), field reimbursement teams, legal, external vendors, PAP, and U.S. Market Access (USMA) and Pfizer Patient Services colleagues supporting the I&I business. The role is accountable and essential to ensuring all PFE engagements and programs are undertaken in a compliant manner, adhering to Pfizer policies and procedures, and embracing Pfizer’s Blueprint and core principles of Trust is Everything, Science will Win, Disruption Calls for Innovation, Time is Life, and Execution Makes the Difference. In addition, the Director will lead and/or assist in the development and execution of ad‑hoc I&I/PFE projects, programs, and Hub offerings (eg, Pfizer enCompass) outside of day‑to‑day responsibilities as needed.

Role Responsibilities

Lead and/or support initiatives in the development, implementation, and maintenance of Patient Access/Hub services.

Serve as subject matter expert to lead the development, innovation, execution, and evolution of the PDPA Hub and patient support program strategies.

Lead and support development of access strategic and tactical plans for Dermatology and other I&I brands (Cibinqo, Litfulo).

Lead execution and maintenance of patient access services.

Lead and manage Hub/reimbursement services and vendor engagement.

Lead RFP selection process (if required).

Direct and lead patient service enhancements and initiatives.

Own budget development and management; recommend funding/budget requirements and manage brand dollars.

Negotiate and execute contracts with key third‑party vendors for cost effectiveness.

Lead coordination with Pfizer Digital and monitor Polaris data feed accuracy and availability.

Innovate by identifying, developing, and executing patient support services that help patients stay on therapy.

Coordinate with Pfizer Patient Services, Channel Management (CM), and USMA on initiatives with the SPP distribution network, specialty payers, and cross‑enterprise synergies.

Engage brand teams, field sales organization, and cross‑functional colleagues as required.

Integrate and manage new approaches and technology to increase efficacy and engagement.

Leverage data and analytics to identify opportunities to improve all stages of the post‑Rx patient journey.

Ensure compliance with Pfizer’s SOPs and BRDs, monitor Hub service quality, and conduct vendor reviews.

Develop and integrate market insights and analytics into access/service strategies.

Lead ad‑hoc research projects and identify key Hub performance indicators.

Co‑lead periodic business reviews with key PFE stakeholders and lead ad‑hoc reviews with USMA and brand leadership.

Execute Annual Hub Audit Check List and coordinate audits with Hub vendors and external auditors.

Lead CSP registration, training, and YRR requirements for Hub, Copay, and other programs.

Produce relevant reports associated with these activities.

Embed a Patient First mindset and bring that approach to Pfizer vendors.

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree minimum required; MBA or relevant graduate degree preferred.

8+ years of pharmaceutical experience in market access, Hub, specialty pharmacy, reimbursement services, or marketing roles.

Strong project management skills and experience.

High attention to detail with a customer service orientation.

Knowledge of Hubs and payer intermediaries for specialty products.

Understanding of reimbursement dynamics across multiple sites of care.

Ability to influence and collaborate with peers, coach others, and guide external stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

Leadership experience.

Vendor management experience.

Experience working in a cross‑functional, matrix organization.

Experience in executing and managing highly complex programs and projects.

Strategic mindset, analytical thinking, interpersonal, leadership and communication skills, entrepreneurship.

Understanding of patient needs/services and the patient journey through Hub and specialty pharmacy.

Conceptualization, development, and execution of patient support programs.

Experience in marketing, payer marketing, specialty pharmacy, strategic and tactical planning, and business analytics.

Must be able to travel by airplane and train to Pfizer NYC, Collegeville HQ, Hub vendor locations, and various trade/medical/patient meetings.

Not eligible for relocation package.

Position is hybrid and requires working 2–3 days a week from site.

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $176,600.00 to $282,900.00. In addition, the position is eligible for Pfizer’s Global Performance Plan with a bonus target of 20.0% of the base salary and eligibility to participate in the share‑based long‑term incentive program. Pfizer offers comprehensive benefits including 401(k), paid vacation, holiday and personal days, paid caregiver/parental and medical leave, and health, dental, vision, and prescription drug coverage.
