Associate Director of Admissions & Financial Aid Linden Hall is seeking a dynamic and strategic Associate

Director of Admissions & Financial Aid to assist our institution’s efforts in attracting, recruiting, and enrolling a diverse and talented student body. This energetic candidate will collaborate with the Director of Enrollment to develop innovative outreach strategies, and foster strong relationships with prospective students, families, and high school counselors. The ideal candidate will bring a passion for education, exceptional public speaking skills, and experience working within educational settings to drive enrollment growth and uphold our institution’s mission of academic excellence. This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape the future of our student community while collaborating with various departments to ensure a seamless admissions process.

Responsibilities

Consistent, responsive engagement with constituents including inquiry calls and email, interviews, on-campus and off-campus events and visits, and recruitment travel. Travel is required and makes up approx. 25% of the position.

Professionally represent Linden Hall at school fairs, presentations, receptions, and conferences; travel responsibilities may include 3-6 weeks in the fall and 2-4 weeks in the spring, and occasional evening/weekend work is required of all Admissions staff.

Coordinate the Parent and Student Ambassador Program: training, oversight, scheduling, and evaluation, as well as strategic planning for future years.

Oversee event planning and management for on-campus and off-campus Admissions events.

Participate in the completion and evaluation of admission application and financial aid materials.
