We are seeking a strategic, detailed and operationally minded Director of Product Operations to support and scale our Treasury Management and Digital Banking product lines. This role will serve as a key partner to product managers and business lines, ensuring the delivery of high-quality client solutions by supporting new product initiatives through structured feedback, testing, and validation, while also driving excellence in product releases and upgrades. The ideal candidate brings deep experience in technical product analysis, a strong understanding of treasury services and digital platforms, and a passion for enabling high‑performing product teams. A critical focus of this role includes product release management, testing, and quality assurance practices to ensure reliable and compliant product delivery.
Responsibilities
Lead a team of talented product analysts; conduct L10’s, facilitate performance reviews, 555’s, and identify training needs.
Design and implement operational frameworks that support the full product lifecycle for Treasury and Digital Banking solutions.
Drive consistency in product planning, execution, and performance tracking.
Lead and continuously improve product release management processes, ensuring timely, coordinated, and high‑quality launches.
Partner closely with Product managers,, Treasury and Client Services to ensure seamless delivery of product initiatives.
Collaborate with Product managers and business areas on priorities, timelines, and go‑to‑market strategies.
Establish and oversee testing protocols and quality assurance standards to ensure product reliability and compliance.
Coordinate release cycle and upgrades with third‑party vendors supporting treasury and digital banking platforms.
Support onboarding, training, and knowledge‑sharing initiatives for product analysts.
Establish and maintain release readiness checklists to ensure all functional, technical, and compliance requirements are met prior to launch.
Lead coordination of UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and QA (Quality Assurance) activities across new product initiatives.
Monitor and report on testing outcomes, ensuring timely resolution of issues and continuous improvement of product quality.
Support post‑release validation and incident tracking to ensure smooth product rollouts and client experiences.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Technology, or related field (MBA or equivalent preferred)
7+ years of experience in product operations, product management, or program management within a banking or financial services environment
Strong understanding of Treasury Management products (e.g., ACH, wires, remote deposit, fraud prevention) and Digital Banking platforms
Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills
Preferred Attributes
Familiarity with banking regulations, risk management, and compliance frameworks
Passion for operational excellence, customer experience, and digital innovation
Experience with test planning, QA automation tools, and release coordination across environments

Compensation & Benefits The typical annual base pay range for this role is between $82,900 - $95,000. Compensation may vary based on individual job‑related knowledge, skills, expertise, and experience. This position is eligible for a discretionary annual incentive program driven by organization and individual performance.
