Senior Salesforce Administrator – Parloa As a Senior Salesforce Administrator at Parloa, you’ll be the driving force behind the scalability, reliability, and effectiveness of our Salesforce ecosystem. Build out our Salesforce instance end-to-end, supporting GTM teams (Marketing, Growth, Solution Engineering, Sales, CX) to enable scalable systems and operational excellence globally.

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL: Partner with Revenue Operations, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to optimize workflows and drive adoption. Implement and maintain custom objects, validation rules, flows, and process automations. Ensure data integrity and hygiene, performing regular audits and developing standards for data entry and maintenance. Manage integrations between Salesforce and other SaaS platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Gong, etc.). Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions. Provide training and documentation for end-users and help drive best practices across teams. Work with global peers to align Salesforce governance and processes across regions. Support reporting and dashboard creation for leadership and GTM analytics.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE: years of Salesforce Administrator experience in a fast‑paced SaaS environment. At least 2 years in a Senior Admin or Lead Admin role, owning complex Salesforce projects or multi‑departmental systems. Salesforce Certified Administrator and Advanced Admin required. Proven experience managing and scaling Salesforce for GTM‑ and Sales Teams. Deep understanding of Salesforce data model, process automation (Flows), and permission management. Strong grasp of RevOps concepts, with an eye for process optimization and cross‑system efficiency. Familiarity with API‑based integrations and middleware tools (Zapier, n8n, etc.). Exceptional attention to detail, documentation, and communication skills. Proactive, collaborative, and solution‑oriented mindset — you enjoy taking ownership and improving systems. Ideally located in New York (USA), with the ability to collaborate with global teams across time zones.

Compensation OTE Salary Range: $120,000 – $185,000 + Equity
