Our unique expertise and capabilities in technology, data science and healthcare enable the entire healthcare ecosystem to drive better health outcomes.# **Description**Verily Me is our consumer health application, reimagining how individuals access care, understand their health, and get personalized health recommendations from our team of registered clinicians. We are looking for a talented UX designer to transform fragmented health data into a personalized, longitudinal care journey that empowers individuals to navigate their health with confidence. You will join the Participant UX team of designers, researchers, behavioral scientists, and content strategists to help drive the next phase of the product's growth. Collaborating closely with product managers, software engineers, and data scientists, as well as clinicians, you will drive the end-to-end design process for a mix of projects. This ranges from discovery through to detailed execution, with the opportunity to distill complex problems into simple, beautiful, and powerful interfaces.# **Responsibilities*** Design and iterate on delightful, consumer-oriented features that simplify complex health data, drive behavior change, and encourage engagement.* Translate user research and analytics into scalable design frameworks and service blueprints that evolve the core product and create a continuous feedback loop between program insights and the platform.* Lead work streams within projects, exercising considerable judgment to translate clinical and technical requirements into intuitive, beautiful interfaces.* Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, engineers, and clinicians to align on project execution and ensure high-quality implementation.# **Qualifications**# Minimum Qualifications* Outstanding portfolio demonstrating work across the end-to-end design process, from conceptual foundations to refined details.* Bachelor's degree in UX Design, HCI, Interaction Design, or related field with 3+ years of professional UX experience.* Proven ability to work independently to define a strategy and solution for a product or feature by bridging user needs with requirements to ensure a cohesive and trustworthy end-to-end experience.* Proficiency in Figma and a deep understanding of designing accessible, responsive web and mobile applications.Preferred Qualifications* Expertise in Consumer UI/Product Design, specifically in building scalable design systems and data-heavy interfaces.* Experience with AI prototyping tools (e.g., V0, Cursor)* Experience in Service Design or Behavioral Science, with a focus on healthcare program design or clinical research.* Strong background in healthcare, medical services, or experience bringing complex regulated consumer products to launch in a commercial market.* Excellent interpersonal skills with a reputation for effectively communicating technological processes and objectives to stakeholders.Qualified applicants must not require employer sponsored work authorization now or in the future for employment in the United States.The US base salary range for this full-time position is $134,000 - $190,000 + bonus + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
